Intraoral Massage works with the internal and external muscles of the mouth as well as the face, head, neck and chest. You wouldn't believe how much tension you hold in your face.

Cupping is an ancient technique using suction to decompress the tissue creating space and myofascial release. I often integrate cups into bodywork sessions when appropriate.

Specializing in deep tissue, I work the entire body to bring balance and restoration through increasing range of motion and structural integration. My style is very fluid as I melt into the muscles and release tension throughout the body. Allowing the muscles to change at their own pace will result in longer lasting and more permanent changes. 

Abdominal Therapy focuses on bringing the pelvis and abdominal organs into alignment. It's beneficial for digestive and pelvic floor disorders. Examples: menstrual pain, fertility and postpartum issues Prolapse, enlarged prostate, ect.
